This is more common than you think. Therefore, we offer you the possibility of same-day mail delivery to the Tax Office at Kloosterweg 22 6412 CN Heerlen.

We print your documents ourselves. We will then receive a scan of the documents from you by email. Be sure to also add your signature to the documents before scanning them. These are then printed and placed in a blank envelope marked with your information as the sender. This document is then issued at the Tax Office. The signed waybill will then be emailed to you as proof of delivery.
