Thanks to our real-time track & trace system with which the couriers are equipped, we can always see where the courier with your package is. You will of course be informed immediately as soon as your urgent shipment has been delivered and we will also provide the name of the recipient. You must always sign to receive your package. If you do not have a bill of lading yourself, the courier/driver will complete a bill of lading on site. Of course, you can also use your own bill of lading if you have one.
